Mary-Ann Salcedo was the Sous Chef for the red kitchen in Hell's Kitchen, on the first three seasons. However, she later said that she would be okay with working on the show nowadays, since the show only takes contestants who have at least 2 years experience in professional cooking. Jen was cast as one of the contestants on Foxs hit cooking reality show Hells Kitchen Season 4, and she finished third behind fifteen other contestants in the competition.
